The second Mediterranean Festival of Nador was announced for 7–10 September 2011 under the slogan “Nador in a meeting with the world.”
The musical program included Khalid Izri, Noumidia, and Tarek Farih, alongside artists such as Marwan Khouri, Bilal, Nabila Maan, and H-Kayne. The lineup brought Amazigh performers into a wider program of national and international music.
The organizers presented the festival as a way to highlight Nador’s cultural heritage and support the region’s visibility, tourism, and economic life. For local audiences, it also offered an opportunity to see well-known musicians perform in the city.
